Laptop Broke!

Whoops, just as I commit to blogging more my laptop craps out. Sorry! So this will be short and sweet.

Run: about 19ish miles
Lifted: Twice with rowing as my warm up.
Biking: hour on trainer.

Hopefully laptop will be back soon and my posts won't be so short.

UPDATE:  My laptop is back so here are the real stats:
Biking:    14.00
Elliptical: 0.00
Rowing:    8.64
Running: 19.62
Swimming: 0.00
Total: 42.26
