I just finished my lunch workout and I am so excited. I had a great workout. In fact, I have had several great workouts and I am starting to "BELIEVE" again! I am starting to BELIEVE
- That I am an athlete!
- That I can train and still have fun!
- That I can do another 1/2 Ironman!
What do you BELIEVE about yourself today?
